At Hugo & Crochet, every bag is hand-crocheted by Hugo, one at a time. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-Day Guarantee.
Timeframe
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to contact us if something isn't right.
How it works
Email us at hugocrochet@outlook.com with your order number and the reason (defective product, damaged in transit, not what you expected, etc.). We always try to solve it by email first — usually we'll send you a new unit at no extra cost, with no need to return the original item.
Conditions
- Contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Attach a photo of the product if possible (it helps us resolve it faster).
- Since these are handmade artisanal pieces, small variations in the weave or color are not considered a manufacturing defect: they're part of each bag's one-of-a-kind character.
Refunds
If the issue can't be resolved with a reshipment, we'll process a refund within 5-10 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
