Terms of service

Last updated: 08/17/2026

By placing an order at Hugo & Crochet, you agree to the following terms:

Products
We sell handmade crochet bags. As handcrafted pieces, each unit may show slight variations from the product photos — that's part of its one-of-a-kind character, not a defect.

Prices and payments
Prices are shown in euros (EUR), taxes included where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and the payment methods enabled in the store.

Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will notify you by email.

Intellectual property
The content of this website (text, photos, logo) is the property of Hugo & Crochet and may not be reproduced without authorization.
