Order processing
Each bag is hand-crocheted by Hugo, so preparing your order takes between 3 and 4 business days.

Delivery time
Once shipped, your order takes between 7 and 15 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Shipping destinations
We ship to Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Costa Rica. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping issues
If your order doesn't arrive within the stated timeframe or arrives damaged, email us at hugocrochet@outlook.com and we'll sort it out.
